Tour 2008 Participant Up-Dates

Congratulations to all participants in the Long Beach Ballet's 2008 China
Tour! To keep you up-to-date on all activities and any changes that
may take place with the tour schedule, we will remind you at regular
intervals to visit this site.
You
have been mailed a packet of information from American Tour Management
International and should receive it shortly. Include in this packet
are several forms for you to fill out and return to us. Please make
sure that you mail all forms back to us no later than April 1st.
Below is a tentative schedule for the program. The schedule is
subject to change and details of sight-seeing locations and special events
will be updated as detailed plans are solidified. Please be patient
-- it's China.

Please remember that your passport must have an expiration date LATER than
February 14, 2009. Also, all passports must be in our possession no
later than July 1st, 2008 to facilitate the acquisition of travel visas.
