Taiwan Tour 2000
- May 16th - June 4th
30 dancers along with some of their parents
accompanied Mr. Wilcox on a
three week performing tour of his original ballet Aladdin.
Beginning with three performance
in the beautiful National Theater in Taipei, the nation's capitol, the tour
continued for a total of 13 performances in 10 cities including
Kaohsiung,
Taichung and Hua-Lien.
Besides performing at several of Taiwan’s most
beautiful theaters to thousands of ballet fans, Taiwan Tour 2000 offered all
tour members many entertaining and educational excursions,
including the
National Museum in Taipei, home of the world’s largest collection of Chinese
historic artifacts.
